The Heritage at Trump Place - 240 Riverside Boulevard

Located at the beginning of Riverside Park, designed by Olmstead & Vaux, The Heritage is a full-service white-glove condominium building with spa and gym services, as well as a concierge, pool, a garage, private screening room, and on-site valet service. Riverside Park borders the Hudson River from West 72 to West 153 Street, a delightful section of the walking path that now circles the island of Manhattan. It began in 1873 and last expanded in 1910.

The original design was by Frederick Law Olmstead and Calvert Vaux, the creators of Central Park. Extending some 81 blocks for approximately 4 miles, it is a complex design of exquisitely designed greenery, in some places on several levels, with winding paths, exquisite themed playgrounds - River Park, Hippo Park - tennis court, skateboard courses, basketball courts and gated gardens. There are two restaurants overlooking the Hudson River, as well as the 79th Street Boat Basin.

The Heritage  was designed by Cosvas Kondylis . The Developer was of course Donald Trump.

The Heritage has 24-hour security staff, concierge + on site valet parking. Amenities include a reception salon, a private screening room, landscaped interior garden and children's playroom. The health spa offers a fully equipped fitness center with lap pool + dipping pool, aerobics. Studio, saunas, steam rooms + massage treatment rooms.
