56 Leonard Street was Created by the Alexico Group as a combination of Art and condominium

 With their architects, Costas Kondylis and Partners, The Alexico Group has created a sculpture like condominium tower in Tribeca. With Sections of the building resembling a jigsaw puzzle, 56 Leonard Street Condominium, has walls of glass, exposed concrete columns , natural solid wood floors, and 11 foot ceilings.  The apartments have fireplaces, Terraces, walk in closets, gourmet kitchens and baths.
