The American Thread Building - 260 West Broadway
The luxurious American Thread Building was built back in 1893 as a Wool Exchange Building and was converted by Johnathan Rose of The Rose Associates back in 1980. It was one of the first conversions of large commercial buildings in Tribeca and has an ornate, curved frontage and a luxurious lobby.
Tribeca luxury condominium building
The Loft apartments in this building are generally large in size and luxuriously appointed- having been renovated many times over the last 30+ years. But the high ceilings, tremendous location and large lofts have made this luxury condominium a very coveted building over the years. The building has large arched windows on the first two floors, a health club, roof deck, courtyard and a 24 hour doorman.
Some of the more distinguished residents include Isabella Rossolini, Naomi Campbell and Giselle Bundchen.
