It was built in 2016, has 11 floors and 39 Units. The architect was Zaha Hadid Architects and  the developer was the Related Companies.

The apartments have floor to ceiling insulated windows, some terraces and white gourmet kitchens. There are wood floors throughout and white marble baths. There is a feeling of rounded corners throughout the apartments and the building that suggests a very modern concept throughout.
