The Parc Vendome at 350 West 57th Street in New York City

One of the larger prewar condominiums in New York City, the Parc Vendome has 576 units and 19 floors. It was built back in 1931 and converted in 1983. There is a super, a 24 hour doorman, a landscaped roof deck and courtyard. Renting and pets are allowed.  The condominium is actually made up of 3 buildings. One with an address of 333 West 56th Street, the next at 353 West 56th Street and the last and main one at 350 West 57th Street. Right down the street is The Sheffield Condominium, and a block or two away you have the Time Warner Center, Trump Hotel And Tower, and 15 Central Park West.
