The architect of the building was Fox and Fowle. They are a company that is traditionally an architect of office buildings, which is why the building could easily be mistaken for one with all of the glass on the outside.
The views from the building are mostly city scapes, but the apartments have gourmet kitchens and luxury baths along with wood floors. There is a laundry in the building and storage and as mentioned, a health club with a pool.
