The restoration of 473 Broadway and 46 Mercer Street has created two separate buildings each with a semi -private new elevator. The properties existing windows have been replaced with new landmark approved windows of mahogany, and although the buildings original copper cornice was removed many years ago, a 1939 photograph enabled a reproduction of the landmark architecture.
