Architectural design for The Gotham Condominiums
The architect of The Gotham was world famous Frank Willimas and Associates. The building is notable for its beautiful water tank enclosure which is similar to the one he designed for the Alexandria at 201 West 72nd street
The Gotham is in a prime location, close to all transportation and shopping. There is the 86th Street subway system and the 86th Street crosstown bus as well. In addition, there is the 86th Street movie theater and some book stores and appliance stores like P.C. Richards as well.
Of course, Central Park is only a couple of blocks away where you can go for an early morning run around the reservoir, ride a bike, or play basketball or tennis. There's also The Boat House for lunch or a ride in a rowboat, or you can just hang out in sheeps meadow and have a picnic.
