The Apartments have floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views throughout. There are terraces on many of the apartments and most apartments have gourmet kitchens and luxury baths. Although, at this point, its hard to say when they were renovated since the building was put up in 1986. There are wood floors, 9 foot ceilings, and gracious floorplans for most of the units. And there are East, North, South and West expposures in this building depending on the apartment.

The location is convienient to Grand Central, The FDR Highway, Times Square, and close enough to the theater district for some of Broadways biggest shows. This central location is great beacause its close enough to the action, but far enough away to still be a quiet residential neighborhood. Being near the United Nations often give you the opportunity to see many world dignitaries as well.
